THOMPSON St Albans, Fine Dining Restaurant in St Albans, Hertfordshire seek a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. We require someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking nature, honest, committed and reliable with a positive working attitude. The owner Phil Thompson previously held a Michelin Star for 4 years. Thompson have been in business for 6 years and we are an energetic, strong, committed and experienced team. As an independent restaurant we make quick decisions, very much believe in investing in our staff and promoting from within Package. 

We are closed Sunday night, all day Monday and Tuesday lunch. You will receive another day off a week in addition to the above.

We offer good basic, with a bonus, cash tips, TRONC Structured training, coaching and mentorig. St Albans is a wonderful city in Hertfordshire full of history and culture, loaded with bars and restaurants. We are located half a mile from the train station and a very short journey into London for your days.
