Alban Manor care home provides accommodation for up to 80 residents. The home offers general nursing care for the elderly and also has specialist facilities for those living with dementia. Albans Manor can support residents that have learning difficulties, physical disabilities or require dedicated treatment for specialist diseases, disorders or injuries. Bedrooms

The beautiful bedrooms have all been purpose built and are very spacious. They are all equipped to provide every comfort for residents and every bedroom has been stylishly decorated by interior designers. Residents are always encouraged to bring smaller personal items or effects that have sentimental significance in order to personalise their room. Albans manor care home has a variety of exceptional and spacious communal rooms. The home allows residents to join in communal activities or quietly entertain their families and friends. The Windsor and Balmoral suite both have their own lounge facilities and dining rooms. The Windsor Suite and The Balmoral Suite

The Windsor Suite, at Albans Manor, provides support for 38 residents. These residents need support with everyday living and physical care needs and residents with early onset dementia. The Windsor suite is located on the ground floor and caters for varying levels of dependency. The Balmoral Suite is on the first floor and is home to 42 residents who may have a dementia type illness or other mental health conditions. Here there are dedicated staff, sensory walls and reminiscence areas. The Balmoral suite delivers specialised care in a bespoke and safe environment.

All residents at Albans Manor benefit from specialist care services and these include: Qualified Nursing Staff on duty 24 hours a day; Individual assessments of need in consultation with family members; Specialised equipment including electric hoists, pressure relieving mattresses and full size lift access to all; Trained staff who understand how it feels to live with dementia; Doctors in regular attendance; Stimulating activities programme designed to promote mental and physical wellbeing; Retained physiotherapist; Visiting dental and chiropody services and In house Yoga instructor.
